Wij-S was founded in 2020 with the aim of enabling sound and affordable HR management for ambitious companies with growth ambitions that believe that good PEOPLE MANAGEMENT forms the basis for growing the internal organisation.

Often, entrepreneurs focus mainly on the external growth of their company, leaving them to deal with growing pains that arise when external growth and internal growth do not run in parallel: staff shortages, staff turnover, need for structure and rules in the organisation, burnout..

The biggest challenges that companies face nowadays are attracting new colleagues, retain the talented employees, but also keeping motivated all team players. These are three crucial elements in building a healthy, growing and thriving business!
