Wij-S was founded in 2020 with the aim of enabling sound and affordable HR management for ambitious companies with growth ambitions that believe that good PEOPLE MANAGEMENT forms the basis for growing the internal organisation.

Often, entrepreneurs focus mainly on the external growth of their company, leaving them to deal with growing pains that arise when external growth and internal growth do not run in parallel: staff shortages, staff turnover, need for structure and rules in the organisation, burnout..

The biggest challenges that companies face nowadays are attracting new colleagues, retain the talented employees, but also keeping motivated all team players. These are three crucial elements in building a healthy, growing and thriving business! Because many companies, large or small, SME or multinational, need a solid HR policy  and do not always have the right know-how, I decided to kick-off my project Wij-S.

Since, I have helped companies of all shapes and sizes to set up a strong HR policy, the heart of a healthy business.

I do not believe in an us versus them relationship in the workplace, but I believe in involving and supporting people to help them grow in a positive atmosphere. 

 

I approach all my customers with a critical and objective view which allows me to give my unbiased opinion and advice.
