I started my career in 1998, after graduating as a business translator and interpreter in Ghent. Before that I had lived and worked in Spain for almost two years to master the Spanish language.
I quickly found my challenge in leadership positions, within fast-growing organizations. I have gained more than 20 years of professional experience, of which 10 years as a manager and project leader in a multinational and 10 years as a director in an SME, both in full growth.
There I was able to gain broad experience in various domains: HR, purchasing, facility, administration, quality, planning.
In both my professional and personal life, I am always looking for new challenges and experiences.
